Former Knutsford mayor’s battle with dementia inspires charity art exhibition

A Former mayor of Knutsford who was diagnosed with dementia 10 yrs ago has been the inspiration powering a special art exhibition.

Jenny Holbrook, 90, has been dwelling at a care property in Wrexham next her quick decrease in lockdown.

Her sister, fine artwork painter Angela Scott, is now internet hosting a studio exhibition at her home in aid of Alzheimer’s Exploration.

Jenny is a previous England reserves lacrosse player, Cheshire county tennis participant and four occasions mayor of Knutsford.

Sister Angela, 78, who life in Shropshire, will be joined by ceramist Caroline Pearce for the fundraising function.
