Oregon attorney general files lawsuit against federal agencies amid reports that officers ‘kidnapped’ Portland protesters

Oregon Attorney Basic Ellen Rosenblum is having the Section of Homeland Protection (DHS) and other organizations to court, after accusing federal officers of detaining Portland demonstrators with no probable trigger.

Rosenblum introduced on Friday evening that the Oregon Section of Justice had filed a lawsuit in federal court towards the DHS, US Marshals Services, US Customs and Border Defense (CBP), and the Federal Defense Services. The suit promises federal law enforcement organizations have been wrongfully seizing protesters and seeks a non permanent restraining order which would prohibit them from utilizing this sort of practices, local media noted. 

“The federal administration has decided on Portland to use their scare practices to quit our inhabitants from protesting police brutality and from supporting the Black Lives Make a difference motion. The lawsuit arrives one day after interim DHS main Chad Wolf achieved with law enforcement officials in Portland. Tweeting about his stop by, Wolf vowed that his company would “never surrender to violent extremists.”
